弊社では、企業のソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおける PM/PMO/BAのクライアント業務支援を実施しております。

1. 社員の育休や病欠など、特定期間の欠員を補う必要がある場合。
期間：社員の不在期間
2. PM/PMOロールの不在によりプロジェクトに遅延が発生し、プロジェクトを立て直したい場合。
期間： プロジェクトの残期間から、 PM不在でも問題なくリリースが実施できると保証された期間を減算した期間
3. プロジェクトの進捗状況が不透明で、定期的な報告プロセスを構築したい場合。
期間： 定期的な報告プロセス構築に必要な期間。通常は2週間から2カ月。

いずれも完了時に作業報告書、現況報告書をご提供いたします。

We provide PM/PMO/BA support services for corporate software development projects.

1. When it is necessary to fill a temporary vacancy due to an employee's paternity leave or sick leave.
Duration: The period of the employee's absence.
2. When a project is delayed due to the absence of a PM/PMO and the project needs to be rearranged.
Duration: The remaining project duration minus the period during which the release can be guaranteed to proceed without problems even without the PM.
3. When the project progress is unclear and a regular reporting process needs to be established.
Duration: The period required to establish a regular reporting process. Typically, this ranges from two weeks to two months.

In all cases, we will provide a work report and a status report upon completion.

契約形態/Contract Type	T&M ※基本的にB to Bの準委任契約でお願いいたします。 Basically, I would like to use a B2B Jun-Inin contract.
作業時間/Daily Working Hours	9:00 - 18:00 (8h)
基準時間/Base Hours	160時間 / hours
精算幅/Settlement Range	140 - 180時間 / hours
所定時間外割増/Overtime Pay	22時以降 / After 22:00 : 150% 休日 / Holiday : 135%

なお、月単価に関しましては、別途お知らせいたします。
